Automatic Chuck Capper

TurboFil's automatic single chuck capping machine is a workhorse for moderate to high volume capping jobs. The capper is available in either of two configurations for bottle handling: electric driven parallel conveyor belt or indexing star wheel. It can be ordered as a freestanding machine to attach to an existing conveyor, or with a dedicated conveyor and automated feeder.

This capper is particularly suitable for hard to handle bottles such as soft plastics, and odd shapes. The gentle handling of the cap and bottle eliminates marring of the finish, which is especially important for cosmetics and many other applications.
