The TurboFil Indexing Benchtop Syringe Filling & Capping System is designed to bridge the gap between manual syringe filling and fully automated production lines.

At its core, the system combines servo-controlled draw filling, automated indexing, and integrated capping into a single benchtop unit. Syringes are loaded into a multi-position puck, automatically indexed through the filling station, and then advanced to a capping station where caps are applied and torqued—all within one continuous process.

This approach significantly reduces manual handling, improves repeatability, and increases throughput compared to traditional benchtop fillers.

How It Works

The system operates using a simple, repeatable process:

  • Operator loads a puck with 6 syringes
  • The system indexes each syringe into position
  • Product is dispensed using a draw filling method
  • Syringes advance to the capping station
  • Caps are automatically placed and tightened
  • Completed batch is removed and replaced

This process reduces manual handling while improving consistency and throughput.
