The TurboFil In-Line Tamper is an automatic pneumatic seating system designed to precisely seat valves, decorative collars, or overcaps onto bottles as part of a continuous inline packaging operation. It is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, fragrance, and consumer packaging applications where components must be pressed into place rather than threaded or crimped.

Installed directly on a conveyor line, the In-Line Tamper applies controlled downward force to ensure consistent and repeatable seating of components. The system is commonly used downstream of filling or crimping equipment and can be configured to match the operating speed of TurboFil’s IC-60 In-Line Crimper for smooth, synchronized line operation.

The In-Line Tamper is available with optional automatic loading for collars or caps, reducing manual handling and improving overall line efficiency.
