Inline depucking machine used to remove vial pucks

Depucking System

The TurboFil Depuckers are automatic bottle handling systems designed to work seamlessly with the UniPuck System by removing containers from pucks as they transition to downstream packaging operations. This solution is ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and industrial production lines where containers are transported and stabilized in UniPuck fixtures and then released for filling, labeling, inspection, or other processing steps.

Integrated directly into a UniPuck conveyor line, the depucker gently lifts bottles out of their pucks while maintaining consistent container orientation and spacing. Once depucked, containers can continue through the packaging line without pucks, enabling operations such as bottom labeling, coding, or transfer to non-puck-based equipment.

The system is engineered for easy setup and fast changeover, requiring no change parts when switching between different container formats used with the UniPuck System. This minimizes downtime and supports flexible production schedules with frequent product changeovers.

TurboFil Depuckers are available in lengths up to 96 inches and can be customized to match specific line layouts and UniPuck configurations. Built for reliable operation and gentle container handling, the depucker provides a smooth transition point between puck-based conveying and downstream packaging processes.
