The TurboFil Acrobat® Servo-Driven Chuck Capper is a high-performance automatic capping system engineered for accurate, reliable, and consistent cap application across a wide range of bottle styles and closure types. Designed for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and consumer goods packaging lines, the Acrobat® integrates servo-driven motion with a chuck-style head to deliver controlled torque and repeatable capping results.
The servo-driven chuck provides precise vertical motion and torque control, enabling consistent cap application while minimizing product damage or bottle tip-over. The capper can be configured with a vibratory bowl feeder for fully automatic cap feeding or operated with a manual cap track for semi-automatic workflows, offering flexibility for diverse production needs.
Cap placement and torque settings are easily adjusted via the operator interface, and pneumatic grippers securely hold bottles during capping to ensure stability and quality. With a capacity of up to ~30 bottles per minute, the Acrobat® supports moderate-speed production while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
Built on a robust frame with user-friendly controls, the Acrobat® Servo-Driven Chuck Capper integrates seamlessly with inline filling, labeling, and inspection equipment.
