The TurboFil TipFil™ Monoblock is a semi-automatic syringe filling and capping system designed for single-chamber syringes. It features an indexing dial that moves syringes through various stations, starting with loading and followed by automated filling, capping, and optional labeling.
The machine fills syringes through the tip, with two syringes processed simultaneously, using high-precision ceramic pumps and a no container/no fill sensor to ensure accuracy.
After filling, caps are automatically placed using a vibratory bowl feeder and pick-and-place mechanism. The system can integrate an optional labeler and checkweigher for added functionality. Designed for efficiency and compliance with safety standards, the TipFil™ Monoblock helps reduce labor while ensuring precise and consistent syringe preparation.
