Automatic Syringe Filling and Capping Monoblock

The TurboFil TipFil™ Monoblock is a automatic syringe filling and capping system designed for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing applications requiring high accuracy, repeatability, and compact automation. Built around TurboFil’s proven TipFil™ filling technology, the Monoblock integrates filling and capping into a single rotary indexing platform, reducing manual handling while increasing process consistency.

TipFil™ technology fills syringes through the tip with the piston already inserted, minimizing air entrapment and supporting precise, repeatable dosing. Syringes are loaded onto an indexing dial, where two syringes are processed simultaneously through the filling station using high-precision ceramic pumps and no-container/no-fill detection to ensure consistent results.

After filling, syringes advance automatically to the capping station, where caps are fed via a vibratory bowl feeder and applied using a pick-and-place mechanism. This automated capping process eliminates manual intervention, improves consistency, and supports higher throughput compared to benchtop syringe filling systems.

The TipFil™ Monoblock can be expanded with optional labeling and checkweighing modules, allowing manufacturers to consolidate multiple process steps into a single, space-efficient system. Controlled via an intuitive operator interface, the system delivers reliable operation and straightforward changeovers between syringe formats.

Designed as a scalable, cost-effective solution, the TipFil™ Monoblock is ideal for manufacturers transitioning from manual or benchtop syringe filling to semi-automated production. Backed by TurboFil’s engineering and design expertise, the system can be configured and customized to meet specific syringe sizes, product characteristics, and production requirements.
