TailFil™ Automatic Single & Dual Barrel Syringe Filler

The TurboFil TailFil™ Fill Through the Tail Syringe Filler is a fully automatic syringe filling system designed for pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic applications requiring precise, repeatable filling at higher production speeds. The system fills syringes through the tail using a servo motor-controlled positive displacement piston pump and a bottom-up fill nozzle to ensure consistent dosing and clean fills.

TailFil™ supports both single and dual barrel syringes and offers adjustable stroke, speed, acceleration, and deceleration settings to accommodate a wide range of product viscosities and fill volumes. A suck-back and positive shut-off nozzle provides drip-less operation, helping reduce product waste and maintain clean filling conditions.

The system operates at speeds of approximately 15 to 35 syringes per minute, depending on product characteristics, configuration, and fill volume. Stainless steel wetted components are designed for durability and quick removal, supporting efficient cleaning and changeover between products.

A color touchscreen operator interface allows for intuitive control, parameter adjustment, and monitoring of the filling process.
