In-Line Crimper for Caps & Spray Pumps

The TurboFil IC-60 In-Line Automatic Crimper is a high-speed crimping system designed for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical production environments that require reliable, repeatable sealing of caps or spray pumps on vials and bottles. Built as a stand-alone in-line unit, the IC-60 integrates easily into existing conveyor systems or can be supplied with a dedicated conveyor for turnkey operation.

The IC-60 automatically detects containers using a photo-eye sensor and applies a consistent, secure crimp as each bottle passes through the crimping station. The system is capable of processing up to 60 units per minute, providing efficient throughput while maintaining crimp quality across a wide range of container and closure styles.

Constructed on a rigid anodized aluminum frame with leveling feet, the IC-60 offers stability and durability in production environments. A PLC with color touchscreen HMI allows operators to easily control machine functions, adjust settings, and monitor operation. No change parts are required for different bottle formats, enabling fast transitions between products and minimizing downtime.

Designed for ease of use, compact footprint, and cost-effective automation, the IC-60 is well suited for continuous production lines or as an in-line crimping solution paired with filling, labeling, or inspection equipment.
