High Accuracy Filler for Syringes & Vials

The TurboFil High Accuracy Filler for Syringes & Vials is a precision benchtop filling system designed for pharmaceutical, biotech, and cosmetic applications that require highly accurate and repeatable dosing. The system utilizes a seal-less, valve-less ceramic pump driven by a stepper motor to deliver consistent fill volumes with typical accuracy of ±1% and precision of 0.5%.

This filler is suitable for both syringes and small vials, offering flexibility for laboratories, pilot production, and small-batch manufacturing environments. Product contact components are constructed from ceramic, stainless steel, and FDA-approved materials to support chemical compatibility and long service life.

Operation is controlled through an integrated PLC with a touchscreen interface, allowing operators to easily set fill volumes, speeds, and recipes. The system includes a stainless steel filling nozzle for vials and a holding fixture for syringe tip types to ensure accurate positioning during each fill cycle.

Product is supplied from a stainless steel hopper, with additional feed options available to meet specific application requirements. The compact benchtop footprint makes the system easy to integrate into existing workspaces while maintaining high performance and accuracy.
