Benchtop Vacuum Chamber

The TurboFil Benchtop Vacuum Chamber is a compact vacuum seating system designed to insert and seat stoppers or plunger rods into pre-filled syringes, vials, or tubes. It is well suited for pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, and laboratory environments where consistent seating under vacuum improves product quality and reduces manual handling.

The system features a stainless steel vacuum chamber with a foot-actuated vacuum seating plate, allowing operators to easily place components and initiate the vacuum cycle. A PLC-controlled vacuum generator draws a controlled vacuum level, and an adjustable vacuum hold time ensures proper seating before components are released.

The Benchtop Vacuum Chamber is designed for use in laminar flow hoods or cleanroom environments and includes a clear polycarbonate door with a safety lock for visibility and operator protection. Holding fixtures are available to accommodate a wide range of syringe, vial, and tube formats.

Typical throughput is approximately 20 units per minute, depending on product and operator workflow. The chamber is constructed with a polished stainless steel interior for durability and ease of cleaning, supporting regulated production environments.
