Benchtop Tray Filler

The TurboFil Benchtop Tray Filler TF-50 is a compact, semi-automatic tray filling system designed for cleanroom filling of bottles or syringes arranged in trays. It is well suited for pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, and chemical applications where accuracy, repeatability, and efficient use of space are critical.

The TF-50 uses stainless steel diving fill nozzles to support clean, controlled filling of low to high viscosity liquids. Diving nozzles help minimize splashing and promote consistent fill levels across each container in the tray.

A servo-controlled XYZ axis precisely positions the filling nozzles over each container, ensuring repeatable motion and accurate dosing throughout the tray. The system can be configured with multiple dosing technologies, including vacuum, peristaltic, or piston pumps, allowing it to accommodate a wide range of product characteristics.

Filling speed is dependent on the number and type of filling heads, product viscosity, and fill volume. This configurable approach allows the TF-50 to be tailored for different throughput requirements while maintaining a compact benchtop footprint.

Wetted product contact parts are manufactured from stainless steel, ceramic, and FDA-approved materials, and are designed for quick removal to simplify cleaning and changeover. Optional features include vacuum stopper placement using a stainless steel vibratory bowl feeder and validation support for regulated environments.
