TipFil Fill-Thru-the-Tip Syringe Filling & Assembly System

For selected applications it may be beneficial to fill the syringes through the "tip" instead of the "tail". TurboFil's TipFil technology makes this possible. There are various benifitsthat our TipFil technology offer. This allows you to fill a variety of syringe sizes on the same machine by changing holding pucks, fill sringes from thetip with the piston already inserted and eliminate pistion insertion operation.

 Single & Dual Syringe Filling& Assembly

This is TurboFil's fully automatic single and dual barrel syrine filler. It uses a positive displacement cam-driven piston pump with a servo motor controlled bottom-up fill nozzel for full adjustable stroke, speed and aceleration, deceleration. Drip-less operation is achieved via suck-back and positive shut-off nozzle. The system can operate at speeds of 15-35 per minute depending on the product being filled.

This fully automatic filling and assembly machine includes: syringe placing, filling, cap and plunder placing and coding, and an inspection station. It is PLC controlled with no bottle...no fill protection, and a reject chute for bad or unfinished bottles. TurboFil's Single and Dual Cartridge Monoblock can also be ordered semi-automatic, with some functions replaced by manual operation (according to need).

  BenchTop Filling & Assembly

TurboFil offers liquid filling systems as stand-alone manual or automated products or integrated into a larger filling and assembly machine. We work with all filling technologies, including vacuum, piston, peristaltic pump, gravity and auger, and can help you to determine the best technology for your application.
